100-Mile Club
Anyone who runs 100 miles or more during the summer will be inducted into the 100-Mile Club when the season starts in the fall. You will earn a t-shirt and bragging rights! There are 10 weeks of summer, so that means you would need to run 10 miles per week during the summer. Remember to rest though at least one day a week to stay healthy. Do not run to the point of injury.
